Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and teamwork will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
