Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and maintain organized merchandise displays.
• Work collaboratively with the team and report to store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 to work at ALDI.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
