Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. Collaborate with team members to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and act competencies in daily tasks.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and follow inventory procedures.
• Operate cash register efficiently and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
