Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and offers exceptional customer service. This position is full-time, offering 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow established procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle merchandise, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred with a background in retail as a bonus.
