Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member, where you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include stocking product, operating the cash register, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Effectively perform store tasks and uphold ALDI's professional standards.
• Process customer transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by supporting shoppers and communicating with team leaders.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide feedback on store operations.
• Assist with inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer assistance.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience beneficial.
