Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our vibrant team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Stock shelves neatly and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist in inventory management and store operations
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash register and store equipment
• Prior retail experience preferred
