Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and cashiering. Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and processing purchases.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in inventory counts, and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Demonstrate proficiency in following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
