Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive outstanding service.

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Physical Demands

Ability to stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
