Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. As a Store Team Member, you will perform a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and cleaning duties to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Hourly Wage: $17.50

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Operate cash register efficiently and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness
• Adapt to additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Capability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages according to state and local regulations
