Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with our team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Capacity to work both independently and within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
