Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a superior customer shopping experience.

Position Information

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
