Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive excellent service, and products are stocked efficiently. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $16.00 per hour and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience with retail operations and equipment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
