Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Position Overview

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in all tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and ensure product displays are attractive.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
