Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core values by providing outstanding customer service.
- Operate the cash register, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any issues to the management team.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
