Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and essential store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
