Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of cleanliness and organization while providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures, maintain security and confidentiality, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and follow company policies.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
