Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the dynamic ALDI team. As a member of our store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Work collaboratively with the ALDI team and communicate effectively.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
