We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and collaborating with team members to uphold ALDI's standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
