Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Perform cashier duties, maintain cleanliness, and organize stocked items.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and follow cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
