Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Assist customers by processing purchases, restocking shelves, and providing exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer efficient customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of handling equipment and following company policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
