Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Type:

Full-Time

Hours:

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. values in all tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
• Capability to maintain cleanliness to company standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• A combination of education and experience to meet job requirements.
