Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks following company guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
