Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with quality products. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and effectively communicating with the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues and report product feedback and inventory-related issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
