Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with quality products. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

• Process customer transactions, restock shelves, and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed.

• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
