Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member and play a vital role in maintaining the store's operations. As a Store Team Member, you will handle various tasks including cashiering, stocking, merchandise display, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain store cleanliness
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
