Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
