Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with your team, you will create a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism by following ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure well-organized merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and basic store equipment.
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
