Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
