Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Take part in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain store security
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
