We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains its high standards of product presentation, customer service, and overall cleanliness. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
