Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining store cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures and policies while ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
