Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in keeping the store organized, assisting customers, and providing top-notch customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain neat displays, and process customer purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling procedures, and follow company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and able to operate a cash register.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform cleaning duties as needed.
