Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, from stocking products and cashiering to providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate with team members and management to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to prevent losses.
• Follow company policies, maintain document confidentiality, and uphold security standards.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must be at least 18 years old and possess excellent customer service skills. Operating a cash register efficiently and safely is required. The ability to follow instructions, work both independently and in a team, and handle tasks with attention to detail is essential.

Education and Experience
