Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks including cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
