Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized store environment and providing top-notch customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and welcoming to all shoppers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Roles and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
- Assist in inventory management and feedback to store management
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
