Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the store's appearance while providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow cash policies
• Perform general cleaning duties and other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Prior retail experience is preferred
