Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a clean and welcoming environment while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Report product feedback, assist with inventory management, and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cashiering and operating equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and prioritize tasks.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
