Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visits.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
