Position Details

- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Execute daily tasks according to ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Operate cash registers, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute feedback on products and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient cash register operation
- Competence in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
