Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to stock merchandise, perform general cleaning duties, and lift items weighing up to 45 pounds. Candidates must be able to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk around the store as needed.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently. Previous retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience:
