As a Mechanical Systems Design & Analysis Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on developing next-generation capabilities for aerospace platforms such as Air Dominance (Phantom Works, F-15, F/A-18, MQ-25A, T-7A) and other projects.
Responsibilities
- Performs basic structural analysis using defined tools to develop the structural environment and characteristics
- Supports test execution and reports results to validate system components
- Defines and documents certification and test results for customers and regulatory agencies
- Investigates failures and suggests improvements for in-service products
- Works under general supervision

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience performing stress analysis and ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance
- 2+ years’ experience in stress analysis using hand calculations and finite element tools
- Reside in OR or willing to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri
Additional Capabilities
- Active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months
- Experience in aircraft stress or structural analysis
- Knowledge of Boeing analysis tools like CAESAR, Lifeworks, Mechanica
