The Systems Integration Engineer position is available for the T-7A Advanced Pilot Training Program at St. Louis, MO, focusing on supporting Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS). This role involves technical integration of the aft fuselage and supporting the system design for the T-7A derivative aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Leads system verification and airworthiness reviews.
- Manages formal technical communications.
- Leads technical investigations and drives issue resolution.
- Implements new design criteria and technical requirements.
- Supports reviews of technical contractual deliverables.
- Identifies and mitigates risks to program execution.
- Supports various program activities like production, testing, and issue resolution.
- Engages with program and customer technical leadership.
This position offers experienced and lead level roles for Systems Integration Engineer. U.S. Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship are required. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the exciting T-7A program!
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- 3+ years of technical issue resolution leadership experience.
- 3+ years in aerospace, automotive, robotics, or related industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience or equivalent education.
- Experience with software and hardware integration.
- Knowledge of system level architecture development and airworthiness certification.
- Experience with lab, ground, and flight testing.
- Proficiency in engineering and design software.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary based on experience: Experienced Level: $97,750-$132,250, Lead Level: $119,850-$162,150. We provide comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and flexible work arrangements. Applications accepted until February 11, 2024.
