Team Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time Storewide Positions)

Job Description

Whole Foods Market is currently hiring for Full-Time & Part-Time Team Associate positions in various departments such as Bakery, Customer Service, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce, Seafood, Specialty, and Whole Body. As a Team Associate, you will provide support in customer service, stocking, and sanitation while maintaining a positive company image through courteous and efficient service. No prior retail experience is required for these roles, and you will have the opportunity for growth and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Follow department procedures for preparing, storing, and stocking products.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
• Keep cases and shelves clean and well-stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment following safety standards.
• Assist with inventory checks and pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards and violations promptly.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team.
