Job Description
As a Team Leader at Store 3087 with Jack in the Box, you will be the key operational supervisor responsible for training and leading team members to provide an exceptional guest experience. Your role includes ensuring food quality, meeting guest expectations, and enforcing JIB standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months of JIB experience and certification in all workstations, or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training, and possess effective communication skills. Additional requirements may apply based on location.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, operate a cash register, and listen to guest orders.
