Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to oversee operations at Store 7102 for Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensuring quality food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with JIB procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months JIB experience with all workstations certified or 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar environment.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be 18 years old, complete Team Leader training, and have effective communication skills. Basic math proficiency, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities are required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and operate cash registers.
