Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to join Store 7103 at Jack in the Box. In this role, you will be the front-line supervisor responsible for training and leading team members to consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience. This includes ensuring top-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and adhering to all operational procedures and standards.

Qualifications

Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience at Jack in the Box and be fully certified in all workstations, or possess at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service setting.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Applicants must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and, in some locations, obtain ServSafe certification. Proficiency in English is required, with additional language skills potentially needed based on restaurant location. Strong interpersonal, mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills are crucial. Candidates should be proactive, possess basic computer knowledge, and exhibit integrity.

Physical Requirements: The role involves standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift. Communication with guests, operating machinery, and monitoring screens are also part of the job.
