Team Leader: Store 7139

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our Jack in the Box store 7139. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your role will involve ensuring the quality of food, meeting 20/20 guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with all JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Candidates must have at least 6 consecutive months of experience at JIB and be 100% certified in all workstations, or have 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Applicants must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and in some states, obtain ServSafe certification. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages may be necessary. Strong interpersonal, math, analytical, and organizational skills are essential. Basic computer knowledge is preferred, along with integrity and ethical behavior.
• Physical Requirements: The role involves standing and walking for most of the shift, lifting up to 25 lbs, taking guest orders, operating a cash register, and reading video monitors.
