Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 7171 at Jack in the Box. As the operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience by delivering great tasting food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Train and lead team members in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Ensure food quality and compliance with JIB procedures and standards.
  • Meet 20/20 guest expectations consistently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company's values.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English; additional language skills may be required based on location.
  • Basic understanding of math concepts and computer applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

This role requires standing and walking for most of the shift, lifting up to 25 lbs, and operating restaurant equipment.
