Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our store 7171 team at Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your role will involve executing on guest expectations, maintaining food quality, and upholding JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience - Candidates must have 6 consecutive months of JIB experience and be 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotions, or possess 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Applicants must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training classes. In some states, ServSafe certification is required. Strong interpersonal, math, analytical, organization, and planning skills are essential. Basic computer knowledge and ethical behavior are also important.
  • Physical Requirements - The role involves standing and walking for the majority of the shift, moving around the restaurant, lifting and carrying moderate weight, and handling customer orders and cash transactions.
