Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Member to join Store 3087 at Jack in the Box. Your role will involve delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing top-notch service and maintaining high food quality standards. You will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring cleanliness and meeting guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and prepare food according to JIB procedures.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment.
• Work at various stations as needed.
• Adhere to 20/20 guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in guest service or food preparation is beneficial.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Clear communication skills in English; other languages may be required based on location.
• Basic math skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
• Capable of lifting and carrying moderate weight.
• Listen to and process guest orders.
• Operate a cash register and video monitors.
